Refund policy

Shape Plus (Silver Bell Lingerie) hopes to provide you with the best service and shopping experience. Please read the following instructions for return and exchange.

Notice for Returns and Exchanges:

1. All Products must be returned and exchanged within 21 days from the date of departure / sign for receipt.

2. Customers can return products that unused, unworn, unmodified, unwashed, uncut labels, no peculiar smell and stains; with original product tag, and/or bar-code sticker, and packaging bag or box (if any) for refund or replacement of products within 21 days.

3. Once all special offers or products that running out of sizes are sold, there is no replacement or refund.

4. Once the promotion products of the month are sold, only the SIZE can be exchanged, and customers have to call or WhatsApp (852) 66850569 to make an appointment in advance.

5. Return Shipping Fee:

  5.1. In case of replacement due to defective or mismatched products (for example: order 70A size but received 80A size), the shipping fee will be borne by Shape Plus (Silver Bell Lingerie);

  5.2. If the product needs to be returned due to inconsistent styles / dimensions / products inconsistent with imagination or other reasons, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

6. Each order is only limited to a one-time return and exchange arrangement. It is recommended that customers should check all returned products as soon as possible. The returned goods should be packaged in the original Shape Plus (Silver Bell Lingerie) packaging bag or box (if any). Damaged goods cannot be returned or additional damages may be charged. Products will not be allowed to return if the product package is damaged, the tag is removed, or the label is removed, etc.; OR the number and / or style of the returned product are inconsistent; OR the product is damaged, deformed, or dirty; and other reasons attributable to the consumer to cause the product to be damaged. However this does not apply to product defects or incorrectly shipped orders.

7. If the goods appear in the following situations, no return or exchange can be made:

  7.1. Return products that ordered more than 21 days and not request by the latest return order.

  7.2. Products that have been worn or dropped into water (or have been washed) to cause any dirt, abrasion, cosmetics or paints, and peculiar smells.

  7.3. The packaging bag or box (if any) has been smeared, damaged, or the original bar-code sticker has been lost.

8. Product Defects / Shipping Errors / Packaging Issues

 

Please check whether the goods and packaging have no damage and intact on the day of acceptance. If you find any product defects/ shipping error / packaging problem, please call or WhatsApp (852) 66850569 within 48 hours and provide such relevant photos.

Customers (Buyers) tend to accept all the terms and conditions of the company on every order to be submitted on an online shop. Shape Plus (Silver Bell Lingerie) has the final decision right and the right to modify any terms without prior notice.
