How To Measure Your Bra Size
Choosing the right bra isn't easy. Many women struggle with their breast shape and size when shopping for lingerie, sometimes unable to find the perfect fit. Even worse is forcing a purchase of a completely unsuitable bra, leading to problems like thick arms, uneven shoulders, or back pain.

1. Measure your overbust:
Lean forward at a 45-degree angle.Wrap the measuring tape horizontally around your body at the fullest part of your bust (across the nipples).
2. Measure your underbust:
Stand upright. Wrap the measuring tape horizontally around your ribcage, directly beneath your breasts. This measurement is your underbust.

3. Calculate Cup Size:
The difference between your overbust and underbust measurements determines your cup size. You'll typically use a bra size chart to find the corresponding letter for this difference.
